I'm Nancy, an eCom / retail veteran and Wharton MBA with 15+ years of experience operating as a consultant, P&L owner, and chief of staff. I love helping founders / startups grow and solve problems. I specialize in 3 areas:

Which service is right for you?

Fractional COO on Retainer
Early stage: You don't know where to start, or what to prioritize. You need an experienced, scrappy operator who was an early hire at startups to help you build fundamentals and processes, but aren't ready to commit to a full-time hire. When you are ready to fill the role, I can help with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

Growth stage: You wear too many hats and spend most of your days in the weeds / fighting fires. You need a "mini you" who can get sh*t done and run day-to-day ops so you have the bandwidth to zoom out and focus on longer-term strategy. Someone who has managed multiple $25M+ P&Ls / 100+ person teams and implemented systems that scaled successfully.

Turnaround: You feel stuck. You need fresh eyes + a critical mind to figure out how things can be done better / more efficiently, and a fixer to break down silos + implement change.
*Part-time, 3-month minimum so I can be fully integrated and build to ensure continuity
Project-Based Consulting
You need a general athlete to deep-dive into problems / pain points or execute a project that's beyond your team's scope / capacity, especially initiatives involving complex cross-functional dynamics and coordination.
*Can be days to months depending on scope
Advising / Coaching
You need an unbiased sounding board who can help ideate / pressure test concepts / challenge assumptions, a thought partner who can help you evolve as a leader and navigate the thorny issues that keep you up at night, or a coach to hold you accountable and keep you focused.
